Terms And Conditions

1. Custom Pet/Person/Car-Shaped Skate Decks

Custom Skateboard Purchase Agreement This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ("Customer") and Skate Shapez LLC, ("Company”). Customer agrees to the following terms.  

1. Ownership of Image: Customer confirms that they own the image provided to be printed on the custom skateboard deck or have obtained explicit permission to use the image for this purpose. Customer acknowledges that any unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked images is prohibited and may result in legal consequences.  

2. Intended Use: Customer affirms that the custom skateboard is intended for personal use only and will not be used for business or promotional purposes. Customer agrees not to use the custom skateboard for any commercial gain, advertising, or promotional activities without the express written consent of the Company. 

3. Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the custom skateboard, including but not limited to any infringement of intellectual property rights or misuse of images.  

4. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

5. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and the Company concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

2.Personal Custom-Shaped Skate Decks

Custom Skateboard Purchase Agreement This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ("Customer") and Skate Shapez LLC, ("Company”). Customer agrees to the following terms.  

1. Intended Use: Customer affirms that the custom skateboard is intended for personal use only and will not be used for business or promotional purposes. Customer agrees not to use the custom skateboard for any commercial gain, advertising, or promotional activities without the express written consent of the Company. 

2. Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the custom skateboard, including but not limited to any infringement of intellectual property rights or misuse of images.
